Do yourself a favour and listen to Mike Alkin's podcasts on the subject. He highlights the reasons these incomplete analyses failed to correctly predict the timing. They ignored things like underfeeding and DoE sales.
You don't have too much longer to be a stopped clock though, seems very likely that barring any black swan events that 2019 is the year
