phish, I think it would be useful to put a time frame on PEN's and the sector's potential "big turnaround". I recall one of the previous bulls had "It may not happen soon, but it will happen" as his signature. To the best of my knowledge, he is still waiting for PEN to "happen" seven/eight/nine/ten years later. I'm confident a lot of potential investors would be very unhappy with this time frame to see some turnaround. So, is it 6 weeks, 6 months, 1 year, 10 years. Furthermore, the "violent upswing" that was predicted by the uranium gurus four years ago is still waiting in the wings. Timing is important so please share yours. Cheers.
