As you can see from JAT's response there was never anything untowards with the deal or Mr Crimmins moving on to his other ventures.
You can now let Mr. Alan "Swami" Davidson know that another of his attempts to destabilise the company has failed.
Maybe you should both (unless you are he) get a life now that you have sold your shares.
