I am not happy with raise at 2c. it could have been at a better price perhaps 3c?
but I think raising cash is a good thing, gives them more flexibility to negotiate with vendors... I personally think a cash component should be strong with acquisitions rather than issuing script.
also keeping in mind SRT, WPI might not raise further cash until acquisition but if MW decides to go agricultural a large capital raise needed to be done.... IPO raise IMO will be above 5c if SRT keep performing...

so many ifs and buts really... however, the one thing which I think might happen is the increase in sp... I don't think WPI will trade below 4c close to acquisition IMO
