Not necessarily.
NM's been buying plenty in most of the stocks he's associated with. For example CAZ, he's put over $1m in now with on-market purchases, so far no indication of SP moving there.
Hopefully it's a sign here, but I wouldn't take that as a signal, whatsoever.
