To be honest the more I think about it the more it’s obvious. In all my years working in the PM space on WA mining projects these new appointments strategically are standard practice. Managiing a mining project is a very specific skill set and quite different to managing a publicly listed company. That’s where a lot of companies fail in this transition. Not to say JB doesn’t have it in him, I don’t know him well enough in this regard. But it’s no secret the other acquisitions require equally big efforts same as Adidi-Kanga required to get it over the line and JB is busy enough with other stocks to manage.

Very smart move as a Manager to delegate work to a competent team, and it’s there for all to see those 2 new guys are all over A-K. There is nothing better than local guys with local knowledge with previous A-K history. Boom!!
