They are supposed to announce anything that can effect the share price immediately but they can always put up a case of further analysis required to present a fuller picture etc etc. They may or may not have sufficient information to make a satisfactory announcement to market. Reality it isn't really a part of the picture. Bigger fish and all that. They may just bury it or move it on. There is only one game on at the moment imo and that is Adidi-Kanga otherwise known as Field of Dreams!
