Usually they’d say “resigned due to personal circumstances” or something along those lines. Since they offered no explanation at all, it feels as if they couldnt spin it. Either there was a rift between management or he’s just decided the company isn’t going to fulfill its goals. Selling his holdings makes a big statement.
