So in April we get told Apollo don't have to front up with the last $250k they should have paid us for licensing and now we need to borrow $600k from them at 10% per annum interest. Am I missing something cause from where I'm sitting if we'd been paid the final $250k we could have got away with borrowing $350k @ 10% rather than $600k. I know it's only $25k a year in additional interest but I just don't get why we let them off paying it only to then have to borrow that money from them anyway at a cost???
