Please find attached an Appendix 3X for the appointment as Director of Matthew Suttling and Appendix 3Z for the resignation of Director Edwin Bulseco. Greenpower Energy Limited (‘GPP’) GPP wishes to announce that non-executive Director Mr Edwin Bulseco has submitted his resignation as a director of the Company, to be effective following Mr. Suttling’s appointment. Mr Bulseco has advised the board that he is resigning to focus on his core business, Xcel Capital Pty Ltd. The board thanks Mr. Bulseco for his advice and support during his time as a Director and wishes him every success in his ongoing endeavors. GPP welcomes as an executive Director Matthew Suttling, who has held a secretarial and finance role with the Company since relisting. The Board welcomes Mr Suttling, who brings with him a ready, insightful and detailed knowledge of all the Company’s business.
