According to the prospectus Langford subscribed for circa $700,000 on the float so I am sure his interests are joined at the hip with yours and all the minority shareholders. I think the previous Chairman had a number of other positions demanding large amounts of time so maybe the change will lead to a more hands on board. I don't think the glass is half empty.
