had there been a debt problems or an operational problems, or company loosing market share.. something outside of company control..i would not be hesitant to dump the share..

but this is a corporate governance problem, or perception of lack of corporate governance because of cultural mismatch... it is something that can be easily fix without costing much money or resources to the company. also, fixing this problem is within the grasp of the company control.. i expect the problem will be fix, and the share price bounce back appropriately.
