HTran I think your opportunity for glory has arisen, contact the company and ask to be the other non executive director of Australian origin (I assume you have PR). Then you have access to the financials and question the financial health from the inside. Give us the OK and everyone is happy.

Though I think you would have to brush up on your ASX listing rules. Seems those two got the sack because they are absolutely rubbish, do nothing but sign on the dotted line. Probably have no idea what any rules are.

This seems like a public company run like a private company. Inter-related loans, random gifts of shares without disclosure. It may be undervalued from valuation metrics, but if no one wants to touch it then it will remain undervalued forever. So how about it, go sign up for the vacancy and I'm sure fellow XPD and potential investors would be thoroughly glad that someone passionate is representing their interests.
