Looks like the owner shareholder father/son fired the 2 directors, cause they can’t get things right. It also explain the delay in replying to the ASX.
Wayne Reid for your information, was a former director of Premiere Eastern Energy, another Chinese company listed on the ASX. He is an experience player, he does know what he is doing.
