Management is a big part of his assessment....As mentioned, openness, transparency and doing what you say you will do is a big problem for people on XPD. Pick whichever you like: share buy back failing to eventuate, dividend suggested but not paid, relative opaqueness and some non-transparent things in the numbers that need further explaining, offshore business raising capital in Australia that gets people wondering before you start given Chinese companies' track record in AU, revolving door board room, poor investor relations, lack of guarantee as to whether they can get cash to shareholders....I agree on the fundamentals XPD looks incredibly cheap, always did and still does. That's not the problem here...
