Are you saying the directors are not competent? Did you see the increased profit for the past 2 years?
As for wether the directors are honest or not, i don’t believe they set out to deliberately lie or cheat.. what do they have to gain? They were already owner of the company before we shareholders come on board.
Warren buffet looks at the health of the company, relative to its stock price..
