The way I see it, no matters where to company is locate or how incompetent the directors are: so long as at the end of the financial year. The company declare and pay dividend years after years. Then the company is worth investing.
XPD pay a dividend in 2016, they skip paying the dividend in 2017 to conserve cash for potential acquisition, lets see if they will pay a dividend in 2018.
Plenty of company on the ASX don’t ever pay a dividend, in fact some actually make huge loss. Yet their share price don’t drop 6 fold.
A confident crisis, not operational nor financial crisis. Is what’s wrong with the company.
