The Board of Pacific Dairies Ltd announces the resignation of Mr Trevor Kelly. Mr Kelly has resigned to pursue business interests that would have potentially caused a conflict of interest with remaining on the board of Pacific Dairies Ltd. We acknowledge the efforts and support of Mr Kelly in the Company’s efforts to secure debt and capital raising over what has been a long process. He has been a valued member of the Board, adding valuable insight into the company’s future plans and we wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Chris Egan. Mr Egan has an outstanding record as an entrepreneur in the fresh food industry. He pioneered Australia’s portion packaged fresh salads and vegetables category in his role as Managing Director and founder of Vegco, which has now lead to a $900 million industry. Mr Egan established Cooee Foods which has processed dairy and other food products to customers such as Qantas, Woolworths and Coles. We welcome the contribution of Mr Egan as we continue to progress efforts to finalise funding to acquire Australian dairy farms and set up a dairy farm operation in Fiji.
