My take is that it will work really well. Having the compulsory Australian Directors who are of Chinese decent and speak the same language as the Founders and Executives makes enormous sense.

The Board would have been totally dysfunctional with two directors who couldn't communicate with management.

The two new directors come with very good credentials.

Now the independent directors can have a proper conversation with management we might be able to function like a grown up public company instead of a private company having compulsory meetings with independent Australian Directors who no-one could talk to.

The next two weeks will be really interesting.
