SBB is a company that is doing poorly and a business failing.
On the other hand, XPD is moving in the right direction.
Business decisions are ultimately made by the CEOs of those company. The reason why "Benny" is hired is because he is Chinese and can communicate better to the CEO and the board in china better than "Andrew".
I checked his salary in SBB, he is getting paid around 30k a year. He is just a spokesman and that is it.
