i guess a company with such a low market cap cant really justify having two highly paid executives but i would have liked to have been a fly on the wall in recent board meetings! also a bit sloppy that it was announced later on the same day that the agm agenda items were announced with his re-election an item. furthermore as outlined in the full year report it was a mutual condition that 3 months notice be given by either party? almost reads like a serious falling out occurred at board level yesterday?
