General Information.

Just perusing the website of incoming director - Adam Levine (Managing Principal) - www.rockwellbates.com.au and on a page detailing corporate advisory companies observed that Rockwell bates had been adviser to the 1.5 billion $ Karrara Capital de-merger in 2008.

Managing Partner of Karrara capital is David Slack (Also a current ABV director).

As such this new incoming director at ABV and one of the current ABV directors appear to already have been in a previous business relationship which was obviously a productive one, am viewing this positively with regards to the skills and other intangibles the new director will bring to the board.

As a long term shareholder I'd like to give thanks to Malcolm for his work as director as well, assuming he is on hotcopper and reads this.
