To keep control you DO (effectively) appoint another couple of Directors.. so you keep voting control.
So while Burrell and Keach will be attending meetings, it is still the consolation prize. It is also "disarming or neutralising" B&K.. deftly.
No power. No point. An effective (but hopefully temporary) loss to Noble Boys.
So little SXX has four directors, a chairman, a secretary.... no cash and no income. Holy Cow Batman.
Unless B&K have given any undertakings as conditions of their appointment, they should still continue their aggressive strategy.
Could be some very cheap SXX shares going soon for B&K.
Need to form a Burrell and Keach Club. Membership requires a permanent surrendered permanent power of attorney over votes carried by ownership of SXX shares.
