I think that with "MY" knowledge/experience with BCI to get infrastructure into place has really helped this Co. I am fairly sure that MY would have got or would have by now put plans into action to be acted upon to get infrastructers soughted out first ( such as building roads, buying up other interests just across the boarder etc etc...), just remember he didn't leave because he wanted to but for other reasons "forced" upon him.
