my intuitive opinion is:

Mick Young is a success story, geo come CEO, in the Pilbara, where lower grade DSO left overs were picked up.

i am not sure how relevent Mick's experience is to WGO proving up a world class deposit in West Africa

where as Terry Streeter is a similar, if not greater sucess story, with WSA

so the difference is Terry is a 13% shareholder who invested around $4m of his own cash into WGO

Terry has a strong personal incentive to get things moving whereas Mick Young has no personal incentive
