Mick's committments to BCI are not beneficial to WGO

Mick leading WGO to production is irrelevent to WGO, since WGO, if successful at exploration, will probably never mine the deposit, given it would be takenover

Terry is INFINITELY a better choice as director as Mick Young because WGO need someone to urgently progress the exploration (rather than passive Mick Young)
