Thing is Malaysia has a large existing electronics business and Lynas has created quite an awareness of the RE connection in Malaysia, despite all the beat up controversy.
They could quite easily support the development of a middle supply chain for RE and Kiang obviously looking to source the base material.
He could potentially organise both the capital & offtake required to get CUX up and running. Was a little sceptical of the dilution initially but Kiang could bring a lot to the table.
