100%, well maybe not de-list, but definitely giving it a wide birth....
they keep dropping script like its going out of style and there is bugger all liquidity.
So if anyone of these big script holders decides to exit in a hurry this will plummet. I suppose the opposite holds true to, that if people decide to like the company it could rocket. However, their business is not a real peer-to-peer lending model. Its run pretty much like a managed fund so it gets no brownie points there and I don't see it getting the advertising attention it needs to fill the gab between the "Nimble" style loans and the established lending entities.....
and the script issues are just endless..... while the MC is pretty low for funds under management there is no mechanism as yet to pass that value on to shareholders as the margins in the current business are too low, hence the raisings. I figure they make a very small % now, and want to ratchet that up by taking a larger position... i.e the % will remain the same, but revenue will be larger.... thats not an expandable model in my mind and a bad year will put this on its a** unless they can find a creative way to increase the ROI.
the recent rise, following a huge script issue, is suspicious as hell.... i feel like this is a pump and dump with bugger all liquidity... and thus "they" need to leverage the SP higher to exit with a large amount. bearing in mind too that the recent issue came with an option to buy 14 million shares at 8c anytime in the next two years, so there is zero imperative for them to hold their current placement. Unless of course they think this is a winner.... but in my experiences soph's and insto's don't gamble on long shots.... but their placement was bigger then the entire depth combined as at this morning (pic above).
I don't know really.... i just see a few too many gremlins here for me to bank on their soph's and into's sticking around and not cashing in on the first sign of volume.
you may understand this sector or company better then me though, so do what you gotta do and rub it in my face later if you take the other side of the bet.
