    What was the 2016 valuation in monetary terms?

    i like the way this is shaping up and starting to think its worth a few more dollars with all the forward order projects on the books - could be a turnaround story in terms of fortune? property is a good place to be in current climate and apartments building s will grow the housing landscape for years to come due to affordability levels -

    im buying - an my developer contact also starting to think its a winner even without the deal complete at such a low price to earnings ratio

    P.S i think this will open higher tomorrow and we may see 5c by end of week if the market likes the story
