I think you are confusing the fundamental values (strong profit) and the price (no demand for this stock).
As long as the fundamental remain strong, the price is not relevant. That's all that matters. Keep being profitable, keep strengthening the balance sheet, and eventually start paying out dividends.
This company is valued at P/E ratio of 3! It is interesting opportunity; but question mark on whether strong performance will continue in WA real estate market (and whether their accounting is accurate, but that is the question applicable to all companies).
