They way the documents written, makes it appear a slam dunk

The constant selling even at 1 cent, is a vote that the market doesn't like the deal.

I'd say a lot of reputations have been damaged going forward by this deal, existing SBN director's have a lot to answer for, total lack of selling the benefit's to the market & existing shareholders. Look how many other deals have had a far better reaction than this one!

After being a shareholder for around 2 years & waiting all that time for a value enhancing deal, there is no sign the directors have in any way earned there salary during that period, with this being the best they could come up with from left field (ie not the sector where they said a deal was going to come from) I sold out at a hefty 30% loss at 1.1 cents.

I might buy back in at the lower price, if I think it might spike up.

Good luck to the long term sufferer's of this stock

there could be some new sub holder notices given the share issue, or change in existing sub holders. Will be interesting to see who got the shares.
