    I'm happy to observe from the sidelines until better news. We were in the final stages over a year ago... who knows how long this all takes. In a few months the company will need more money.... again... i never like holding when they need money. I worry about the company being wound up , even though Fred ends up dipping into his own pockets to keep the company alive
