So - any bets on where share price is heading today? I'm betting up quite a bit"​

At a guess, traders and short term investors will dump on this news, as they would have been anxiously awaiting positive news. Although nothing negative is in the announcement, it is just another delay, on top of another delay, and this will send the SP South for a while, like previous delays.
Should be some cheap accumulating opportunities for those who have faith that this will eventually reach its full potential.
A complete game changer if/when they get this up and running.
