The last samples were due 3rd week of May and we received an announcement 3 weeks after that. The next samples are due by the end of next week so we'll be waiting till about 16 July for the next update.
TJ must be running low of sample wafers by now and when out they'll have to do a full production process again which would add another 3 months. Demonstrations by Christmas, maybe?
