 It's not that bad and I'm happy Digicel are still around. It sounds like BUD ended it to engage with more resellers in the region. 

I think it went down like this

Digicel: " We have some problems may need a break".

BUD: "Will you sell OHMs but not exclusively".

Digicel: "Why not".

BUD management find more resellers to sell more OHMs.

The market won't like it but im not overly unhappy and could mean more OHMS getting installed. Then again DM does sugarcoat bad news all IMO.
