Digicel is known to be incredible difficult to deal with. 30+ markets to manage with 1 expat in each market whom spends 5-6 days preparing for board meeting - 3 days to fly to wherever Dennis O'Brian is in the world - 2 weeks to implement the new strategy - then repeat over again. $20m was always going to be a stretch and now with the restructure of Digicel they are all about survival.
