They go in to a trading halt then suspension when the sensitive news is not finalised and there is a possible chance it could be leaked and the SP could go up/down with out cause to the uniformed shareholders knowledge. Basically they had been in discussions with Digical and the new acquisition over the last weeks/month and then on tuesday [1st day of the new weeks trade] they needed to go in to a trading halt as the news was not completely finalised and then so on to suspension. All normal trading rules, as leaked news is not always right as the story can change. All IMO.
