There is no way that this 20mil was in the market price. The market cap was 100mil with BUD having 20mil cash in the bank. if I completely ignore everything else BUD is doing and I said 20mil Sales a year and a market cap of 80mil (adjusting down for the cash) you would all buy like crazy. It's prob worth like 1 cent at best.
