    While on first impression, I agreed with you. I have had a few minutes to ponder it, and I now feel it makes no difference whatsoever. NST pounced on what is an opportunistic deal with an entity that can simply sell their asset, no script, not T/O offer, no wrangling etc. So NST is still fee to undertake corporate action here, although after the deal with TAM, where they basically paid an upfront price for the whole project, with options for the last 40%.... NST could offer a similar deal to EAR, i.e, just buy the plant and tenemnts for a set price and shareholders just get paid out. Would get around all the T/O stuff.

    That being said, just because NST have 19.8% of the company does not mean they would be the only potential buyer/suitor for EAR. SAR at the very least might be interested, its their back yard and since NST have finally shown they are finally willing to buy overseas.

    I agree with Phil for now.

    I will tip my hat to whoever sold their 19% to NST. Top price for EAR shares.
