NST may not want to pay any more than have to, but... they do not have an unlimited time frame.
They want to become a 1m ounce producer and right now, ever with their WGX plant acquisition, they are well short of 1m. Even with the TAM Tanami plant, they are still 100-200k below what they need.
I am not selling, the plant alone is worth more than the current MC. The 812k in reserve, is worth perhaps another $90m alone, then you have all the acreage that NST wants.
Anyway, the sector is tough right now. I prefer EAR, we know the ground is good. We know the plant hums. Its for me, the easiest option for the big end of town to add a new production plant with 8+ years of production.
Plus, I feel fairly confident, that EAR has already put together a team that can bring it into production.
Its almost comical how quickly sentiment can change.
