I am more inclined to reason that it is due to loss of reputation due to being situationally unaware of the need for urgency to make rapid progress while fortunate to be sitting for quite a while around 37c. Months went by while the dollars kept rolling out, the pog went down and decisions were delayed by 'refinement'. I continue to hold but we will continue to suffer for 'dithering'.
