Further enhancing the services offered would be providing different services altogether I suppose, or adding something new to those currently offered.
I wonder where this could go ?

It would be wonderful if the potential expanded service offering provided something not tied up with the current cycle.

However , perhaps more logically, @Pioupiou was leaning towards asphalt services being a useful addition back when we were discussing BGC being up for sale.

Less logically I’ve already requested that we become Australia’s leading rehabilitation services provider (this group has support of BHP but no preferred service agency https://wabsi.org.au/)
Or there’s :
-Building homes/campsites as well as prepping the areas ?
-something computerised ?
- taking care of publicity and progress updates for employers ( NWH is excellent at this) including photographic work ?
Waste management ?
Recycling ?
Food and beverage?
..someone told me there was only one company that does all the tyres on all the jobs on all the mine sites all over Australia ...
Education ?
Leading indigenous employment agency?
Prime Ministering ?

Knowing NRW they already have something completely excellent, logical and unexpected incubating
