Go a little bit further I suppose with your scenarios - the investors have committed to Somers for oppies shortfall and are now saying we’re not sending our money in until you let us know some news in drilling.... AUR bod said we can’t do that and by the way Somers send in the money you committed to under the agreement.
If the news were good and there was resistance from Somers clients wanting more info, then AUR would fill it themselves, likely selfishly but they’d fill it.
