Pyrrhotite unfortunately is of no economic value as it is just Fe sulphide. Unfortunately no mention of Pendlandite the Ni bearing sulphide that is economic. Chalcopyrite the Cu bearing sulphide is economic but is very mobile and could potentially come from anywhere making it hard to trace to a source. In essence I wouldn't sell the house to buy in yet. Also the intersection is very deep so whatever you find down there would have to be very good. Sirius intercepted massive phyrrohite at some of its conductors also which didn't come to anything. pyrrhotite is pretty common. On the plus side it looks like they are in the right lithologies. Hope that helps.
