Have a squiz at the COB chart over the last year and it sobers up that idea. CLQ also can't fund their cobalt project and their BFS looks pretty shaky with cobalt prices where they are.
I think the only thing that's going to keep the SP over 2c in the short term is news on the stockpiles. That really needs government approval yesterday.
A cap raise is inevitable now. Progress has been painfully slow this last six months. I'd have thought $2m would be needed which could be achieved with a 15% issue.
