Does barrick make a habbit of doing so with dogs? or poor assets?
Or does the dog represent the sp, and the sp represent the past flavor of impatient holders.?
Is barrick impatient? or does barrick accept that a thorough planning phase prudent, irrelevant of the sp. The sp is of concern to holders yes, but not necessarily to project execution.
