There won't be a 10 year limitation , this is just a moratorium that is scheduled to end in 2020. If the reports the gov is currently commissioning come back positive then conventional and possibly unconventional will be allowed at that time . I don't think anyone should be expecting damages, the best case is court confirming the moratorium doesn't apply to Lakes existing permits and then we resume what we were up to back in 2012.
