thanks kuddles, law is not my strong suit obviously.
I would however question the levl of compensation, they should get back the entire sum spent on exploration + court costs + some form of damages as the overall sentiment and reputation of the company will be or is tarnished... again not a lawyer but as a minimum, not including "future earnings" the number should be reasonably robust. I assume thats why folks are still accummulating. effectively gambling on the outcome of the decision and the associated compensation.
