Was thinking the same thing. With how high the overheads are you would think they could get the one monthly update jam packed full of info. Luckily they have posters in here that draw our attention to the info. like the BRR . I guess it presents a buying opportunity for those that can see value, for me thats in the low 8s to 7s at this juncture.
On a positive note I commend them for putting something out on a regular basis and love the BRR interviews.
