All good things take time to manifest and slowly but surely DGR and the subs are making ground. Short term thinking won't be rewarded, this is still a 5 year hold (IMO only) until substantial cash comes in the front door. Tribeca have the skills, time and Management to help DGR along with the other qualified members of the Board. GLTA.
